 About
Jeffry Low has worked in clinical, learning, and developmental disabilities fields within the public, private, and nonprofit sectors for over 20 years.  He has a master’s certificate in leadership, an MBA, and has been recognized nationally for excellence in business and technology.  Jeffry is currently the Deputy Director for the Carolina Institute where he serves as the organizations chief administrator.  He oversees financial management, human resources, technology, communications, and operations.  He also, serves a concurrent role as development chief working to identify philanthropy for various areas of the Institute.
