The Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities is available to offer a variety of services to community agencies through contractual arrangements. The CIDD faculty are engaged in numerous on-site and community-based services throughout the year. These services include, but are not limited to:
  • Technical assistance and training for professionals, schools (including public, charter, and private), LMEs, as well as government and state agencies.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, and/or provide quality assurance for community- and school-based programs.
  • Policy and planning activities.
  • Direct services for children and adults, including assessment and community-based consultation from the disciplines of physical therapy, speech/language, psychology, and education.
