Community Mental Health Consultation Services

Orange-Person-Chatham Area Program (Local Management Entity) The CIDD psychology section consults with the Orange-Person-Chatham (OPC) regarding developmental disabilities for a variety of services. We provide direct service in the form of psychological assessments (IQ, adaptive behavior, socio-emotional, mental health), functional behavior assessments, development of individual behavior support plans, individual and family therapy, and skills training (e.g., anger management, social skills, cooperative living skills). We also provide technical assistance and consultations to the OPC case managers and early intervention specialists. These services are offered primarily across four of the OPC DD service programs: CAP (community alternative program), Supported Living Program, Early Intervention and Family Services, and Person Industries
