12. Longitudinal Imaging of Infants with Down Syndrome

Description:

The Infant Brain Imaging Network (IBIS) is a group of researchers across the US who investigate brain development in developmental disabilities. Locations are in Chapel Hill, NC, St. Louis, MO, Seattle, WA, and Philadelphia, PA. This study focuses on Down Syndrome--both in infants and school aged children. The researchers are using MRI to study brain development.

Recruiting Info:

Infants 0-6 months with Down Syndrome and children 7 to 11 years old with Down Syndrome are eligible. Families travel to the nearest IBIS location for MRI scans and behavioral assessments.
