11. Family Expectations Regarding the Transition to Adulthood in Autism

Description:

The purpose of this study is to explore parental expectations and concerns as their youths with autism spectrum disorder who have intense support needs (ASD-ISN) transition from high school to adulthood. Tamira White, a UNC doctoral student, is gathering parent perspectives to inform the design of support services for young adults. She is working with the Family Support Network of NC to guide decision makers.

Recruiting Info:
